Property is cheap in Japan too.
Imho, in the west, everything boils down to wanting to have a Curated experience in terms of the phenotypes that one interacts with. That’s the only explanation for the State of Real Estate. Location, location, location. Phenotype, phenotype, phenotype.
In the Far East, when everyone has the Same Phenotyoe, there’s nary a need for such foolishness.
