Remember when you'd jump and skip. Tried both today and couldn't do either

i saw a video recently about how people can't jump anymore so i had to make sure i still could. seemed fine.
what do you mean you can't do it? how did the skip come out? what was stopping you.

cr i tried skipping like a year ago and i could do it but it felt like if i kept going my ankles and even knees would shatter almost immediately
was weird feeling like something that used to be easy would destroy your body. im not even fat at all
