1) Turn part of her property (50 acres in ARECOUNTRY) into a wedding venue by building cabins and renovating part of the barn. She doesn't actually think this will be profitable, but has a "cut off your nose to spite your face" attitude towards taxes.
2) Sell low weight cat litter for use in horse stalls. |

They put up a shelter but they didn't have the zoning to run a wedding venue. Neighbors were pissed & made sure they couldn't get the zoning they needed. |
