Cutting down on drinking has not improved my life at all

I have a beer or two while I’m showering and picking out a tie and taking a shit or whatever in the morning. Then always a drink when I first sit down at my desk. Love the energy I get from that one. Then for lunch I walk to one of a few places near me for a high-protein meal like seared fish and martinis. Then I come back to the office and do most of the “high pressure” type stuff because I’m most relaxed in the afternoon.
