i mean skipping makes sense depending on age
its a complex movement that takes a basic amount of fitness and coordination
but if you cant jump ljl brother
im still able to dunk and am 5'6 and over 40

i saw a video recently about how people can't jump anymore so i had to make sure i still could. seemed fine.
what do you mean you can't do it? how did the skip come out? what was stopping you.

cr i tried skipping like a year ago and i could do it but it felt like if i kept going my ankles and even knees would shatter almost immediately
was weird feeling like something that used to be easy would destroy your body. im not even fat at all
