I’m looking at his signed litigation hold notice, which I previously discussed with him. |

I worked on a case once where one of the litigants hosted a "shred party" before discovery. They sent calendar invitations (which were not deleted), got together in a conference room with materials they wanted to destroy, served drinks, high fived each other, getting blasted, etc. |

I’m in house, so the business manager. We’re even plaintiffs, so we needed those records. (Should all be recoverable since we don’t let idiots manage their own data retention). |
