There are ALL KINDS of pop-up accounting firms that share addresses with convenience stores and hair salons all across America because accounting is a seasonal business that peaks in April and then vanishes for the next 9-10 months.
What these firms actually do is charge customers $75 to do what they could otherwise do with $50 of software. If they are business owners they will need help with that too and they all want to go as cheap as possible. If an accountant has a nice office in these communities it means he's bilking his clients, not a good look
