Every team has to report their NIL expenditures
If you transfer from a team with a lower NIL budget to a higher budget, then you sit out a year
If you transfer to a lower tier school, you can play right way
---That way players don't get blocked and get a chance to start, but Ohio State and Alabama don't get to view every other school as their minor league farm systems |
