game development is going to entirely be you are the creative director + qa/playtester/bug fixer. everyone with an idea and focus will be able to develop their own game
now extrapolate that to all white collar work including one day CEOs

Even with codex 5.5 extra high it isn't anything like what it used to be with fucked up bugged out code. The older ones added so much defensive coding slop and made weird decisions on its own that broke shit when everything glued together. I just used it a couple of weeks ago to vibe code a 10K line monte carlo sim and it worked fine. It never breaks the build. It wasn't perfect in one pass, but all of the "bugs" were just like methodological short-sightedness. A lot of it just because it can only write so much code at once. more succinctly: (1) probabilistic programming defines uncertainty; (2) monte carlo samples worlds from the uncertainty model; (3) constraint solvers optimize each world; (4) your simulator records the outcomes; and (5) gradient boosted trees learn a fast approximation of those outcomes |
