I see it frequently. Proles try to use Chat GPT or whatever as their lawyer. It drafts a reasonable-looking complaint and more importantly, it tells them what they want to hear. It tells them that they have a great case, that it will be easy to win, and that it will be easy to collect on a judgment. It does this to keep the users coming back.

But of course they don't have good cases, certainly not woth AI serving as their lawyer. They lose big and walk out of the courthouse with some gigantic counterclaim judgment that ruins their lives and maybe kills them from stress.

There's no lawyer to sue for malpractice, but some class action lawyer could probably go after the tech companies.

I'm shocked Elon Musk isn't bankrupted from lawsuits over the stupid shit he does and says constantly. the plaintiff's bar has really fallen.

in the Delaware case, the plaintiffs lawyers initially asked for 5.6 billion to $6 billion worth of Tesla stock but were awarded $345 million -- which was reduced to roughly $54 million.

there should be thousands of lawyers running this same playbook against Elon. Any jury in a blue or purple state will be happy to bankrupt him.
