exterior has almost one full acre to work with: pumping $100k into landscaping given the location (it's extremely visible) would be worth it
I think you could get this to a $1.1M or $1.2M house with some serious work, but I personally wouldn't feel comfortable unless the price of the property came down to around $650k. |
