Needs: house big enough to sleep 30 people comfortablly. Survival shelter, hardened with two parking spaces thar can accommodate minimum two full size pickups. Deep. Ventilation and backup power not a problem. Geothermal no problem. Entire house invisible from the street at ground level because it sits on a hill. Google Street view just shows some trees and a driveway |
