Assuming you're at the same place, relative to the field (e.g., on the 30 yard line or around 1st base), lower level is a no-brainer to me. So why do "club-level" seats cost as much or more?

They're completely different experiences

Club level comes with more perks like separate entrance with private elevator/escalators. buffet + better a la carte food & beverage options, and wider seats / more legroom, alternate lounge areas

If you're even worried about being "away from the action" then club level is not for you

The most compelling reasons are better (or any) lounge areas and shorter lines for concessions.

Ballparks have improved the variety and quality of food and drink available on regular concourses.
