yeah i saw the SA pumo speedrun this. anytime you share anything positive or interesting you get a bunch of jaded misanthropes heckling you. this place used to be full of plenty of normal people discussing irl stuff, now it's just a bunch of aggressive depressmos.
i used to generate a lot of high effort non-IRL content but once you megapoast and attract some haters that generates a bunch of heckling too that didn't happen before i was "known". that's why no one does it anymore. i was enjoying reading the doc review stories from the 2010s this morning and reminiscing about when people would actually create high effort content like that. |

i'm not some lothario but i do fine with women. i guess this is what you're getting pissy about "humblebragging" since i frequently emphasize how i'm not some chad. the only time i poast shit like that is in dating threads to provide some counterbalance 99% of poasts which are "give up, everything sucks, it's impossible, kill yourself." i'm not trying to juice myself up and i often downplay things to avoid it coming off that way.
i suspect this is what you're really mad about. i'm a pretty ordinary person, and if you think my fairly ordinary experiences are embellished to impress a bunch of anonymous poasters that says more about you than me. |
