Also, I’m now so anhedonic that I can’t plan a grocery trip let alone a transpacific excursion. Meeting with my psychotherapist in 3.25 hours where I’m sure she will ask if I did anything different this week and I will tell her “no.” How I still can’t sleep. Still can’t find it in me to say anything to my wife. Still think about death each morning, not someone else’s though, mine. |
