They were turning up their noses at incentives to do business with the Government, but the government was only asking for 28nm. They could be getting paid as contractors to run their old 28nm process right now, even if volume is low. They should have becum like General Dynamics behind the scenes and taken advantage of incentives that were RIGHT THERE. Very contemptuous of American workers too.
