Costa Rica definitely is not as safe as Nicaragua. There's a whole criminal industry in Costa Rica victimizing tourists.
Why would I care that Nicaragua is poor? That there are no tall buildings in the capital? I'm going to be a tourist having too much fun living on the beach for $6 a day (literally $6 for food and a room). |
