She gets into bizarrely aggressive back-and-forths with (mostly) gorsuch, but also thomas, jackson, and roberts. She outright accuses both opposing counsel (including the SG) of "lying," because she's maf that they called her out for changing her arguments from below, which clearly every fucking justice thought happened, too. She constantly referred to the justices in personal terms, talking about how "I know you don't want to decide this case," going on and on about a kavanaugh law review article (you can cite the fuck out of a judge's extrajudicial writings and don't need to remind them that they wrote it: they know they wrote it), etc. A good portion of the argument is her getting into, and then reluctantly backing herself out of (at the justices' request) weird maf petty grievances.

It's what I'd expect from someone with substance-abuse issues or who's going through personal-life trauma or something. It has a feel of a discovery dispute with a woman on the rag who knows she's going to lose (which I didn't even think was the case here) and just wants to yell at the magistrate judge over it first.

What there's radical disagreement on is the

question presented. And if you just say -- and
