Even the Emerson poll, which was the best poll for Republicans in a while, had Abdul leading by 6. Would take a catastrophic polling failure for him to lose. |

Those Emerson polls are interesting; if they're right at face value then this would be a much tighter set of races nationally (which is what we usually expect to happen anyway). But, I don't know if they're just trying to PRESKEW their polls away from glaringly high Democrat house effects. Those NYT/Siena polls are apparently already heavily adjusted away from the same assumptions that house used in 2024, and they're still bonkers-favorable for the libs.
