Moana has a story, is situated in a place, good production values, original songs that are mostly decent, seems to have been made by people who cared and were trying to make a good movie. Isn’t goyslop more like Shrek 4 or some superhero that no one thought about until Marvel force-memed a movie?
Or does peak goyslop equate to being competently done and appealing but ultimately devoid of meaning and intended merely to prod additional consumption? If so I see your point. |

If the slop is too good and original, is it slop or is it a masterpiece of pop culture? For something to truly be slop it has to suck and be retarded.
