RSAF requires a 12 year commitment but it pays well so the supply is steady.

But seriously, that's how long it takes. People bitch about the USAF requiring doods to sign for 10, but it used to be 8. Think about chink doods needing 50% training than Sullenberger needed. Sullenberger was c/o '73 at USAF Academy, flew F-4s, and was at US Airways by 1980.

Also appears to have what occurred here. Planes, even when crashing, don’t dive into the ground at 90 degrees.

Hierarchical culture prevents co-pilots (and other crew) from speaking up to the pilot. This could be something as simple as saying "sir, we're upside down."

Source: Foreign Area Officer who trained the Singapore military to fly Blackhawks

Another funny story: Singapore commander sees a trainee in the simulator and wants to gets the dood's attention, but doesn't know his name. He just shouts out all the common names in Singapore: Tam, Yoo, Lam, Tom, whatever until he gets the guy's attention. All those chinks are from the same part of China and only have 5 names.

We're actually done crashing the MAXX and I'd be very surprised if we see another one. What killed people wasn't the engine placement or the plane being unmanageable in any way, but the fact that Boeing did not train pilots on how to fly it. Instead they sold airlines on the myth that pilots who trained on the older 737s could fly the new plane without going back to the simulator.

Once pilots have received appropriate training on how to fly these planes, they fly just fucking fine. But it boggles the mind that the Boeing execs who KNOWINGLY and WILLFULLY perpetuated this marketing fraud are not serving multiple life sentences.

The planes are fine. The problem is there's a shortage of pilots b/c so many proles have been brought out of poverty so quickly that the demand for flights has outpaced the supply of planes, but especially pilots. Ask yourself why all the crashes have happened in shithole countries (Indonesia, Ethiopia, China). The answer is that these countries are easing the pilot standards and dudes with barely any flight hours are getting into the pilot seat.

there have been a fair number of private plane crashes with multiple passengers (not just pilot and some other person) in the US in recent times. in fact, it seems to happen every few weeks, eg:

Fuck flying in any random ass private plane unless it's a SR22. And seriously, play some flight simulator and watch some flight simulator videos. People with basically nothing but simulator experience have landed planes in emergency situations.

I can tell just by looking at the video these stupid fucks were killed by weather. Same as JFK Jr. They gotta get somewhere, the weather is shitty and they just figure they can fly into the shitty weather and deal with it.

Which makes it likely that it was done on purpose. Planes don’t crash like that. They can glide for miles even if the engines fail. If the wings or tail gets ripped off due to some issue the plane would either get torn apart or fall erratically not do a swan dive

If the horizontal stabilizer got stuck, it could happen.

This is kind of what happened here https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Alaska_Airlines_Flight_261

Same thing happened with the Ethiopian 737-Max crash. In that case the MCAS pushed the plan down so hard so many times that it was flying at a very high speed. This made the stabilizer get stuck and the pilots were unable to regain control. Ethiopian also fell almost vertically.

Flame. In your first example the pilots communicated extensively w/ ATC re their issue and the entire crash took 10-20 mins. The Chinese pilots did not communicate at all and the plane went from 27K to 0 feet in like 2 mins.

Also the 737-max crash was effectively a software issue that the pilots were not properly trained on. Sorta Boeing's problem since they did not want pilots to get recertified.

Cr

idiots who think Boeing is automatically at fault here are very dim. planes are massive over engineered to remain flying against all odds and dropping straight down like a missile is unthinkable

Crew can go unconscious due to fire or issues w/ oxygen. I would suspect maintenance first. Though autopilot should stop a nosedive

EDIT nm doesn't sound like maintenance

Yeah I’m sure it’s a spook operation and not some NOWAG killing themselves.

this looks intentional. Look at that climb rate right before the last fall.

Or there was some kind of struggle. There's no way a broken plane goes into that kind of ascent after that ridiculous descent. unless it dropped, and then they needed to clear a mountain so they pulled up. then overcompensated.

Look a the airspeed right before the final drop. Its like the pilot went into a vertical ascent then stalled.

I think the NOWAG pilot decided to kill everybody, then he passed out from descending at 30,000 feet per minute, the plane's automatic systems kicked in and tried to bring the plane back up before the NOWAG woke up and finished the job.

It was pilot suicide, but it would harm the spirit of the Chinese people to make it public.
