Prole employees live and die based on "survey scores" (evan39)

Date: April 16th, 2017 1:00 AM Author: Excitant ratface dingle berry Almost every major company these days rates employees based on absurd "customer satisfaction" surveys that can have a dramatic impact on promotions, bonuses, and even employment. It's gotten to the point where employees practically beg customers for a top score via emails and multiple voicemails until the "survey" is completed.
I'm somewhat immune from the situation due to my position and also the fact that I always do a good job, but the proles beneath me live in fear of these ridiculous surveys. He explained that the customer survey would have two questions asking about the salesperson's use of the Surface to show the car's features. His previous two surveys were sunk because people wrote n/a. Anyway, I gave him 10's for everything. Hopefully he'll be ok.
