Recently started a full re-watch of Star Trek: The Next Generation. Hadn't previously watched the entire series and last really watched it over a decade ago. It is incredible and almost every episode is great. I'm in the back-half of season 3 now.
Some initial recs so far:
--S2 E12 - The Royale: totally outrageous and campy story wherein Riker, Data, and Worf get stuck in a hotel created by an alien intelligence based on a pulp novel from the 1950s
--S2 E19 - Manhunt: Troi's mother comes on board the ship and tries to get her fuck on with Picard (and then a bunch of others)
--S2 E20 - The Emissary: Worf seemingly gets his fuck on, Klingon style, with a half-breed Klingon woman
--S3 E11 - The Hunted: the crew has to deal with deadly fugitive who was programmed to kill by his host civilization. The main bad guy is epic and the crew can't help but be taken by his resourcefulness. Great cat-and-mouse chase scene. Felt like watching a well-made 45 minute action movie
--S3 E12 - The High Ground: an allegory on the IRA. Features the famous dialogue on terrorism as an effective last resort between Data and Picard
--S3 E16 - The Offspring: Data has a child. Profound scene where he explains to her that the purpose and meaning of life is found in the struggle to pursue something greater than ourselves
Might update this from time to time if there's interest. I watch about 4 - 5 episodes a week. The writing and acting is superb and this re-watch may cement TNG as my favorite show ever. LJL at watching basically any current show, let alone any streaming bullshit.

--S3 E22 - The Most Toys: this is basically the JQ episode of TNG. Data is captured by an underhanded "trader" who is so jewish in his behavior and appearance that it almost beggars belief. The character, Kivas Fajo (played by Saul Rubinek LJL), is a sleezeball middleman dealer of goods who poisons the water on a planet and then sells the Federation the solution.
This episode also highlights that you see basically every race of people on the Enterprise...white, black, Irish, Asian, Klingon...but no jews.
What did they mean by this?
