Which countries?
For my 3rd kid, I decided to switch to part time so I could be home with the kids more as it was going to be our last kid and this was the last time I could get a year or 2 with the kids before some of them started school. I loved it. |

For one half of one of those months you continue to get paid (fully taxed) for your accrued leave.
