Western Europeans broadly developed the tools to form a high trust society. They used violence predominantly to suppress existential threats. They created the worlds safest societies and strongest economies and then got fat and happy off the riches. This is the definition of Whiteness. The fact that having a system dedicated to fairness and extreme levels of competence and innovation produces these outcomes. The eunuch in England is definitionally White in every sense of the term. Russians stealing food from one another in the snow is the definition of non-white. And as Mandy correctly pointed out, they resemble Africans more than real whites.
