anyway. so she came home from proctoring a final exam at about 8 pm. we'd both eaten dinner already so we sat around and watched cnn for a little bit. after a segment ended she got up and turned off the tv. i grinned at her and we walked to the bedroom wordlessly.

...well i got right up, but she pulled me back onto her face and held me there as tight as she could. she kept crying, letting out occasional shrieks. because of the awkward way my legs were supporting my weight, it was hard for me to get up, but i did. i sat on the edge of the bed. "are you ok, honey?" i asked.

she became dead silent for i swear at least 30 seconds while i frantically repeated her name over and over. i stroked her hair, reassuring her that she was ok.

then she started wailing again. it sounded like "asaaaeee assaaaaeeee" but then i realized she was saying "i sorry i sorry" which gradually become more and more adult like. i didn't want to freak her out by taking off my clothes or hers so i just embraced her. we must have looked ridiculous sitting there in our diapers. i murmured reassuring words. "it's ok, it's ok, i don't know why you're sad and scared but it's me, and you're ok."

she continued wailing, "I'M SO SORRY, I'M SO SORRY" and i kept trying to calm her down. "honey, honey, it's okay, there's nothing for you to be sorry about." but she didn't stop. eventually she choked out through sobs, "I'M SORRY THAT PP COPPED DAT STEM DEGREE AND CONTINUES TO DOMINATE THE TECH SCENE WHILE YOU READ FLAME THREADS ABOUT BABYSEX"
