The worst part is that the agreement between the host and the owner says that the owner must be notified of damages., I was not notified of anything.
I had no access to the bookings as all of the vehicles were on the account of the host, however I did have GPS tracking. After trying very hard to gain access to my own vehicles and checking with turo I found so many of the vehicles were not on bookings but they were being used, the host was sending them on private bookings, employees were using them without my knowledge and pocketing the income. |
