Here's part of another state's reasonable use of deadly force jury instruction: "The use of deadly force is justifiable if the defendant reasonably believed that the force was necessary to prevent imminent death or great bodily harm to [himself] [herself] while resisting an attempt to commit (applicable felony) upon [him] [her]."
No way the cop reasonably believed shooting her was necessary to prevent imminent death or great bodily harm. |
