But in this article from two weeks ago it says he’s identified a bunch of savings even if they are not as great as he initially thought
Give him credit for making an earnest attempt at balancing the fucked up fiscal picture he inherited
Give him credit not just for that, but for doing as much for fiscal conservatism as could be reasonably expected out of a shitlib major city

Anyway seems like the city council is going to ignore Madamni anyway. Reading between the lines Madami is making the situation look worse because he wants to raise DEM TAXES but that can only be done at the state level on income taxes (and the city council dingfagd him on property taxes).
