I was literally so full of shit this morning that it made me feel sick. I feel better now after that second shit.
This happens to me very often due to my excessive fiber consumption. The shits also come out very quickly and relatively cleanly due to the fiber. I don't have to sit there for 10+ minutes.
Sometimes I take three shits in a day.

I haven't added it up, but I would be surprised if I'm eating closer to around 400% of the recommended daily amount of fiber. I eat two cans of black beans a day, which alone is over 200% if I remember correctly. Combine that with unprocessed foods with lots of natural fiber and I'm easily over 300%.
The food I eat is low in calorie density as a result, which means there's a lot of unprocessed fiber as bulk to fill me up and generate enormous shits.
This is just my regular diet to maintain my weight of 195-200 lbs at 6' 2".
