shitlaw will be change much less and may be much better. AI briefing is a godsend to all the hustler types in family law, plaintiff's bar, and crim law who are better marketers than attorneys. unless civil society fundamentally changes soon, people will not accept courtroom 'justice' that does not involve people. stuff like labor law and employment law will still require lawyers, just fewer. those practice areas will cluster and band together for survival as the money dwindles and individuals will rotate sides to regulators fore credibility like securities lawyers always have.

anyway it all amounts to the winners are the rainmaking partners who were already born on third base in this legal market and state flagship grad prosecutor type assholes who can't read good but are skilled at talking to people.
