Nothing, thats the sad part
Had a normal childhood, we just don't talk or really see each other
Im the only son and I have two sisters who pretty much take up all her time, theyre banshees and constantly cause her aggro with their irl problems and theyre decayign/falling apart in their mid 30s, one has no job and is a tax + other has a shitty job, both unmarried. Mom also is caring for my ailing grandma in her 90s atm overseas so that doesnt help
I just try to support her financially and reduce stress but I am sort of alienated since Ive mainly been surrounded by women mostly my whole life and kinda dont wana deal with the insanity of it
I never call her, I have nothing to talk about/report, its fucked idk. She always says she wants me to call her but its like wtf would I say even. My mom is still young (50s)
Just dont really know how to have a relationship with my mom without just shitting out some kids and then making it about my new family?
Some guys call their mom on facetime and shit and laugh like hyenas and idk how they manage it, I just dotn have that level with her, everything is just so high stakes all the time , hard to explain, we never have normal convos about day to day stuff,.
Its either KIDS or MARRIAGE? or MONEY or ITS THE END OF THE WORLD RIGHT NOW WHAT ARE YOU GONNA DO ABOUT IT.
Idk
No dad doesnt help me navigating all this shit either, going NC just seems easier, fucked up

what does this actually mean for an adult
I could just not call them for years and they'd never call me imo and also idc
If I call them or text them they pick up
so basically it's like any relationship where the person "wants you to know" that they dgaf

this is actually tcr
Goyim think honoring parents is having to agree with them and having some emotional dynamic, the hebrew in the original translation is basically helping to serve them as they need and almost like a ketubah vow of food, shelter and clothing at all times
its helped my relationship with them not looking for some disney connection that wil never happen, just check in to make sure theyre good and see them as often as both parties can deal
