There is no way that's true based on the ~100 guys I've played with. Less than 10 of them had under 36 putts |

Everyone I've seen drop after they lose their ball o/b adds at most 1 stroke penalty when it should be 2 for o/b.
Or they tee it up again after drive goes o/b and they're somehow still on the green with a par putt |

It's a farce and they're not playing a real sport. Many aren't even actively competing with their friends, they are just... hitting shots. And it's best if you just let them have their fun, they just want to get away from their bitchy wives for a few hours in nature, cosplay as an athlete, and buy expensive gear. That's really all they are doing. |
