It's a 43mm lens, which I find perfect for family photography (which is primarily what I shoot). 60mp, so if I need to shot something farther away I can crop without losing too much. Nice to not have to worry about selecting the "right" lens for the shot...you instead shoot for the lens you have. Takes a look of the "work" out of photography and makes it more enjoyable because there is less to tinker with. It's my first Leica and I love the simplicity of the interface/menu options. There are also tens of thousands of "presets" you can download into Lightroom to get the perfect "look" that you're going for. I'm not a pro so I'm not trying to spend hours editing photos - I usually find a preset I like and then spend 10 minutes editing as needed.
Overall just a much more enjoyable photography experience. It's also built like a fucking rock - feels like the type of camera you can own for decades.
