I guess it could be worse. Being too careless online and, like, actually getting hacked or getting your identity stolen would really suck.

Like if you go to some parking garage and there's a sign saying to scan this QR code and enter your credit card to pay - you better make sure there's not some fraudulent QR sticker placed over the QR that you were meant to scan |

I get having a burner account for signing up for stuff that will spam you. But he has some paranoia about, like, his HOA knowing his primary email. So he's got like 5 email addresses. |
