Buckwild voire dire without jury presence where defense counsel tries to get a state trooper who was guarding the defendant in the hospital night and day that the prosecution theory is that defense counsel snuck a doctor in to see her on a court order to give her a phone so she could call her husband and plant the theory that she was hearing voices at the time of the murder. Trooper refused to admit the prosecutors told him this but admits he at least heard it from the lead investigator. |
