My state has high prop taxes so I always litter in my neighborhood and will knock over garbage/recycling cans routinely to keep it looking 'dirty'. My house is usually the hangout spot though, since we're on the lake. Last weekend it was really nice and there were about 20 teenage girls in bikinis hanging out.
