Been tracking my sleep and heart rate etc but it's all stuck on the Garmin. Tried loading Apple health iOS app and it's in a completely different universe. No intuitive path to merge them into a unified ux so that I could just wear the watch and see shit on my phone
Thankfully gpt told me the steps and they were buried under 6 layers of app settings. Without AI it would have taken hours of online sleuthing to figure this out and I would have given up after 30 seconds |
