Not generally millions, no. But you should fall somewhere in the following ranges:
350 - 500 base
50 - 100% target bonus
75 - 200% (relative to base) annual equity
For most companies in this range, I would expect ~400 base, 100% target bonus, and 400 - 600k annual equity value, with overall comp being around 1.2 million (if it's not a distressed situation)
