Low IQ ppl think the word Central implies power. It's centralized. Concentrated, consolidated. It's college freshmen thinking writ large like some nigga who reads Guns, Germs, and Steel and thinks there's no difference between the races the only factor was how many resources they were born near.

Central Banks are spooky because they're at the Center of it all. It's implied in the name. It's the most low level conspiracy that's easily debunked by the average 10th grader.

i think the idea is that something as important as your polity's monetary policy is controlled by a cabal of unaccountable bean counters far from the actual locale and concerns of your polity and these peoples' interests will cut against your own and actively side with imperial interests within the core territories regardless of merit or virtue of systems designed in or serving the periphery

most of america away from the t1 and t2 cities is part of the imperial periphery and by all accounts appears to exist just to serve the interests of the imperial core within those urbs

"debunking" central banking requires a pretty significant amount of domain knowledge in multiple domains and there's definitely a minimum IQ required for it, too

it's easy to just hand wave it away as "of course these guys are doing it this way because it benefits them," but while this is true, it's also true for everything else in the world. you don't gain anything from this "conclusion"

if you don't understand the nuts and bolts of how it works, you're no different from a person who "erroneously" assumes that The System Works Perfectly. the value of understanding how the world works doesn't come from being "right" about how it works. it comes from using accurate knowledge about the mechanisms in the world to benefit yourself and the people/things you care about
