It'd be nearly impossible to launch any sort of large-scale invasion and ground campaign. Our biggest risk is asymmetric warfare, and the consequences are already playing out. In the herds of illegals, there are probably Chinese, Iranian, and Russian sleeper cells. We already know about the Israeli ones.
