Well it turns out it's one of the partner's 17 year old daughter and he was in earshot. I guess she tore her ACL or something at cheer nationals so we were all supposed to sign it as a get well thing. They asked me to go ahead and head home for the day and said they'd talk about what to do next. We usually have a really loose atmosphere and like to bust each other's balls but this might have gone too far.

1) she is a civilian, not an employee, so it's not harassment

2) I implied she was of age. If I knew she wasn't an adult woman and said what I did, I'd likely be canned. There was no age written on the cardboard thing and she really looks like a 90s Baywatch lifeguard woman. Even other older chicks there said she looks like a real woman with huge cans. Sounds like I'm in the clear.

You're not in the clear because her dad now has it in for you. The other female employees will act sympathetic because they hate dad for flaunting hot daughter. However they hate you more for recognizing hot daughter and acting like a normal man.

HR will prevent you from being fired now. But you did commit a speech / thought crime. You'll be performance reviewed out by year end. Call recruiters asap
