Should I pay CALIFORNIA TAX?

So if I don't pay 1099 tax now, will they go after me the same way as if I don't pay my federal irs tax? In that case its better for me to just file the tax now and at least claim about 50k in expense deductions. BTW I plan to quit that job in June. They send demand letters to people 2-3years after the year and then get penalties plus no opportunity to do any deductions and have to use kike and Muslim lawyers to even get through to them. Easier for me to just pay the tax(10% after I include deductions) and forget them. Not renewing my california license. But I've been told plenty of people like me got demand letters.. but some of them worked for many years before they got the demand letter, I am definitely quitting by June (so tototal work just under 2 years).
