When AI-created evidence becomes indistinguishable - cops, lawyers, courts?

Police finding probable cause, courts determining causes of action, jurors deciding beyond a reasonable doubt, etc. - all of that becomes a bit more complicated
"Hey Grok make a Ring Doorbell video of me coming home at 10PM and craft it and timestamp exactly as if it had been recorded on October 1, 2025. Delete any meta-data, etc, that would permit anyone to distinguish this from this actual Oct 1 video I am uploading" |

compute is expensive and videos take a lot of compute to create. legit rich people will have their own bespoke local architectures built without any of these guardrails. it will be a luxury item kind of like buying expensive lawyers or chefs or armed security guards |

absent some programming prohibiting this, why would AI *not* be able to just produce identical (false) metadata? I dont imagine there's anything about "metadata" that is somehow magical.
