  sheriff?

Property taxes and mortgage are on auto pay so I'm not really dealing with anyone. also, i'm not getting my home foreclosed on any time soon. i'll work something out with the bank before it comes to that. yes, working something out with the bank can be done. especially the bank that gave me my mortgage as I have a relationship with them

if there is no psychological value to you in owning your home, acknowledging that the bank co-owns my home with me, from a financial bottom line perspective, renting is more expensive than owning in my area
