ARTICLE IV - Bequest of Gaming Possessions

I give and bequeath to Cowgod The Poster, per stirpes, if he/she survives me, all of my video Gaming equipment, content, and media, including but not limited to Consoles, Games, peripherals, subscriptions, and all physical and digital media. This also includes all legal and equitable ownership, including any transferable licensing rights, that I may possess in Games and other media on the following platforms owned by me: Steam, the Microsoft Store, the Nintendo eShop Store, and the PlayStation Store. All of these items are collectively referred to herein as my "Gaming Possessions."

  Contingent Gift

In the event that Cowgod does not survive me and he leaves no direct descendants, I hereby give and bequeath my Gaming Possessions to OYT The Poster, if he/she survives me.

Note: The transferability of digital licenses (such as those on Steam, Microsoft, Nintendo, and PlayStation) is governed by the platform's Terms of Service and may not be legally enforceable by a Will. The intent of this bequest is to transfer all ownership rights the Testator legally possesses.
