He pissed me off in that other thread. Here's the truth: He referred me a case where the driver was at fault. Maybe this was a one-off kind of thing, but I wound up wasting substantial time getting the case to the point where leaving the scene didn't matter.
Has *anyone* on xo gotten a good referral from him? Just curious.

not very many of the cases the firm farms out were great, many were horrible.
ZZZ got a lot of very bad cases to deal with. The cases he got were already rejected by pumoshithead tp, kenny tp before ZZZ would get a shot at a file.
there is the occasional gold in the pile of dogshit though, we referred a case to Kenny TP which settled for $2.5 mil.
Kenny has someone turned his career into making millions off of mediocre cases, it is actually extremely impressive.
At this point in 2025, almost no one wants these level of cases anymore and almost nothing gets farmed out.
good easy cases almost never get farmed out. there is no reason to.

dozens is generous. maybe a handful, but not dozens.
also, nearly everything I write has tremendous reach, so that probably helped make it seem more significant.
link to dozens?

lol bro do you expect us to think he thrust this referral on you and forced you to spin your wheels for a hundreds hours on it?
do you think people forget about you begging his wife for a crypto lawyer job?
again, i'm not trying to bring this shit up to embarrass you as i considered this behind you. there was a recent thread about you begging his wife for a job where i said the same thing: let it go. i thought you had moved on. apparently not. you should.

ah right, my bad. that's right. but I thought out of politeness you avoided the question to spare having to say publicly he wasn't qualified.

i think a lot of people assumed cslg ghosted him because of how bizarre it was to publicly express interest in a job on xo when you're already in private contact with the person. why wouldn't he just text him?
cslgs response seemed placating, but wtf was he supposed to do? say “sorry bro it's not for you i would have reached out directly if i thought it was”? placate him with “wow omg yes you're the perfect fit!”
its just like the referral shit where everyone is to blame except him. does he expect cslg to vet referrals before handing them off? he's not a paid lead generation service. that's literally tsinahs whole job lol. if cslg thought it was worth his time he wouldn't have referred it out in the first place!

To be fair,
I genuinely hate to agree with you here because CSLG is one of the biggest and most odious rat-faced kikes to ever plague XO and I am generally pro-TSINAH because we align politically on most issues, but reluctant CR.
Bad enough for a proud and principled white goy who is openly woke on JQ to go crawling to a shady slip'n'fall kike begging for shitty "hehe" shitlaw cases... but even worse to then turn around and publicly act like an ungrateful shithead about it on the backend and refuse to accept any personal responsibility when it turns sour in part because of some demonstrably retarded mistakes that you made re basic client management...
Awful look. Dat cancel on this whole thread, bro.

Yes, and it's not even close. I basically handed him a ton of cases, connections, and mentorship and he still couldn't make it.

isn't TSINAH successful with 3 jobs making 500k or something? why is he digging up old drama?
could it be he's broke and wants to blame someone?
no, definitely not that. everything is always someone else's fault.

Pumoshithead here. I rarely poast on what this cesspool of a site has become but still lurk occasionally.
CSLG like all firms referring any level of volume primarily sends out complete shit. These cases take work but are profitable if you're willing to work them, litigate them, etc. However to be profitable you need to be efficient and you need a decent level of volume for it to all average out. Some times you'll take low settlements or "losses" on cases just to get them done, while others you'll settle for more than you ever thought. So in the end it averages out.
These cases are also great for developing PI skills, learning the business, dealing with (often shitty) clients, etc. AFter about 1.5 years I was completely free of new CSLG referrals but I wouldn't ever discount what a major role he played in helping me start my firm.
We now do well over 3 mil a year in settlements. Is that because of cases CSLG sent me? Of course not... But I did learn how to make money on pure shit which is essentially scale and volume and those lessons carried forward as I got better and better cases as the firm grew and developed.
Like Chandler said, it's our experience that no new lawyers starting PI practices want to work. They all see 30-50 million dollar verdict and assume those are normal. They have no concept on how to structure a case to get it there, how to effectively open a policy, or even manage the clients. I didn't either when I started, but I learned on shit cases with low risk, not 10 million dollar cases with someone on the other end who's catastrophically injured and counting on you. Also, its not like insurance companies are staffing those 10 million dollar cases with your typical dog shit insurance defense attorneys so you better know your medicine and know your basic lit strategy before going to town on those.
Because of the lessons learned on small cases I was able to open a number of policies between the 100k and 2 million range and secured settlements or verdicts in the 5-10 million range on these cases... Many were cases other firms passed on.
When we grew I directly looked for people who seemed young and hungry and willing to work to send cases too. In every case they would pass even on very good cases that just required some work. Some of these cases we stuck with and flipped liability or beat MSJ and then brought in major firms such as Brian Panish's firm or Rowley's firm and those cases are now positioned to be worth several millions of dollars. These were cases numerous newer attorneys passed on because they looked difficult... "Man... I like the case but I don't see how we can flip liability" on cases with an adverse police report but a favorable witness, or some other fact that made the police report unlikely. Instead of doing the minimum like looking at the cars, hiring an expert, pulling EDR data, they just passed immediately because the case was "too much work".
I've been seeing this more and more which isn't too dissimilar from the general work ethic I've seen in a lot of new lawyers which is somewhat poor. I can't really blame them as the path to success in America is pretty tough these days, but it's still doable if you're willing to grind.
I worked non stop for 6 years straight before getting extremely burned out but now my firm is in a position where I can take fairly large amounts of time off and the firm continues to make money. New lawyers routinely ask how I did it but there's really no secret other than hard work, people skills, and some hustle.
To blame the firm who was sending you cases for no reason other than to get them to someone who could make money on them and potentially get a referral fee is insane... No one forced you to take those cases. Did you ever try to reach out to other firms to increase the volume of PI referrals? Were you willing to take shit cases from other firms in exchange for volume?
I literally got away from CSLG by cold emailing firms, telling them we could handle their "shit cases" and demonstrating a track record of success. In exchange we became the go to referral firm for some of these larger firms, the cases improved, and we were able to handle such a quantity of volume that referrals from past clients alone became enough to sustain and even grow our practice.
EDIT: Adding that a lot of these firms post CSLG we were paying up to 50% referral fees on their shit cases simply in exchange for volume. I wouldn't say I made a ton on these cases but they enabled me to scale my firm at a speed and manner which would have never happened and the volume of cases created a situation where years later we now have a very healthy past client referral network. But that's hustling and it's hard and it's scary to take on hundreds of shit cases at 50% referral fees and hiring a fuckload of staff to handle it with no guarantee of success.
But there's no business without risk.

the biggest problem with candy ride and tsinah is that they simply don't learn from their mistakes. time and time again we've seen them step on rakes and blame everyone but themselves. this type of accountable dodging is very common in people who also blame jews, blacks, etc. for everything.
99.9% of people who make it doing anything worthwhile have a story similar to pumoshithead. it requires admitting you don't know shit and made a ton of mistakes. without that no progress can be made. which is why every time one of them gets publicly pwned they blame someone else. candy ride's recent benchslap showed that. this is why spaceporn of all people has managed to grind out to being a success while they're still treading water.
their lack of diligence and work ethic is also pretty startling though. candy ride's constant written fuck ups in matters that were being scrutinized here was insane. i just cannot fathom it, and i tend to be a corner cutter myself sometimes. but i think this all grows out of their fatal flaw: hubris. they think they're already great and so they don't have exhibit even basic competence. not when they can just blame it on a jealous judge or bad referral to dodge any personal accountability.
