How much do general counsels at companies w/ $1b revenue make?

350 - 500 base 50 - 100% target bonus 75 - 200% (relative to base) annual equity
For most companies in this range, I would expect ~400 base, 100% target bonus, and 400 - 600k annual equity value, with overall comp being around 1.2 million (if it's not a distressed situation) |

It was supposed to be successful and filled with executive counterparts who are brilliant and experienced. Total comp was supposed to be around 800k/yr
It turned out to be deeply distressed and run by idiots (including the PE directors). I never even pulled 400k in annual comp, which was less than an AGC at a good company |
