Like yes it is in fact possible to have a strong af start then for momentum to die. It’s a toy ffs and audiences are fickle. I went to GameStop irl with a Woman and asked about Switch 2 which had ample stock and they didn’t exactly “recommend” it. |

You’ll notice I don’t have much to say about Mario Kart, DK, or Kirby. Im sure they’re fine but the target audience is disco fries’ kids tbh. Then I saw the 50 YouTube videos on the State of Metroid and it turned into a good old fashioned dogpile on a western developer which I am always, always up for.
