What is the category for these? Are these errors? Discuss

Consider the following (Fun Talmud hypos from my minyan study time):

Moshe withholds aid from Schlomo in the following circumstances

1. Moshe refuses or forgets to receive Schlomo's mail while Schlomo is on a cruise

2. Moshe refuses to assist Schlomo in helping to find his lost cat

3. Moshe, a lawyer, refuses to assist Schlomo in helping him deal with a series of minor criminal charges brought against Schlomo

4. Moshe, a doctor, refuses to treat an insolvent Schlomo's chronic illness

5. Moshe, a doctor, refuses to treat an insolvent Schlomo's acute disease or severe injury

6. Moshe, a doctor, finds Schlomo in a state of severe and potentially life-threatening inebrieation on his front lawn and refuses to give aid that may save Schlomo from a death of insulfation or intoxication related injury.

Assume in all cases that Moshe is able bodied and of sound mind to perform the tasks as stated.

Thank
